Since 1949, McGiffert and Associates, LLC has offered surveying services in conjunction with site and utility design, transportation projects and environmental engineering in and around the West Alabama area.

Accuracy and quality, along with experience and judgment, are essential to a successful land survey. McGiffert uses state-of-the-art equipment and continually trains surveying personnel. The National Survey Technician Certification Board with Certified Survey Technician (CST) classifications credentials many of our field survey technicians.

Currently, our firm employs three Professional Land Surveyors and three dual-licensed Professional Land Surveyor/Professional Engineers. The firm is licensed to practice in both Alabama and Mississippi.
